Hatha Yoga is the origin of all yoga’s; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Acroyoga, Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini, and etc. came later.
During the Hatha class we repeat and work on the Asanas movements focused on our present state of being, in search of imrpoving our ability to relax.
We don’t search for the perfect Asana, we concentraye on the conexion with our body, concentration in breathing and the attention to the movement.
When do we perform a perfect Asana?
When we get to the state of meditation from it. When the Asana and the body disappear… then we are the owners…
The Hatha session is relaxed, but it is not boring!
It requires attention and effort.
Yoga drives us to a state of mind more watchful, calm and aware. We stop being the victim of our mental process and emotions, and gain more control of our mind.
When we get control, we also get freedom.
Action without tension
